Today I present to you Handy Gym, a portable gym that fits in a backpack and that will make you get rid of dumbbells, elastic bands, sliding discs, etc.

That's right, weighing only 800 grams and transporting in a 15-centimeter backpack, this portable gym presents itself as a revolution in training at home and outdoors. The company Micaton Ergonomics (Traktus), together with engineers from the Research Results Transfer Office of the University of Vigo, have created the smallest gym in the world.

Handy Gym is a system set of pulleys, dumbbells and ribbons. He is able to multiply the weight by 150 of the apparatus, thanks to the resistance it opposes to movement. The exercise can be classified in three different colors, depending on the level and ability
Handle more than 200 exercises, among which are squats, strengthening the biceps, chest, back, exercises of rowing, etc. Thanks to the sensors in the equipment, training information is collected and sent directly to the user's application in real time.
Initially, Handy Gym emerged as a tool for those affected by the Parkinson's disease could practice physical exercise. And it was the collaboration with the engineers from the University of Vigo that changed its appearance and purpose.
