Garmin introduces three new models of smartwatches

Garmin has not wanted to rest on its laurels, and yesterday at IFA announced three new smartwatches with fitness touches. Until now, most have gone for the Forerunner range, but we may need to broaden our sights.

Garmin Venu to control your body 24/7

Garmin Venu has very similar characteristics to the Legacy model, but the world of superheroes may not appeal to you. So with this option you can leave just as satisfied. It comes with a battery life of up to six days and fast charging too.

The Garmin Venu has 24/7 health monitoring features with advanced sleep tracking (Pulse Ox), new respiration tracking, abnormal heart rate alerts, menstrual cycle tracking, stress tracking with relaxation reminders, new hydration tracking, breathing activities and much more.

It also has the on-screen workout feature with over 40 different workouts. Plus, it's compatible with Garmin Coach, where you'll find free training plans tailored to your running and performance goals, with a virtual personal trainer for added motivation.

Of course, you'll also find all the usual goodies of a smartwatch, such as phone notifications, music storage and third-party app support, NFC payments powered by Garmin Pay, and more.

Garmin Vivoactive 4/4S for sports lovers

The new Garmin Vivoactive 4 and 4S will help you better understand your fitness needs with features like:

Garmin Legacy Hero Series is a collection of two special edition GPS smartwatches inspired by Captain Marvel and Captain America: The First Avenger. Even if you are not very interested in the world of superheroes, you may discover an interesting wearable with intelligent functions.

The two Legacy Hero smartwatches track heart rate 27/4 and monitor other body metrics and activities, such as sleep and breathing.
