Esporti Family has been selected by the European project "inDemand" to combat and prevent childhood obesity through a family and informative application. This new mobile application focuses on promoting actions to fight against childhood overweight and obesity, considered the health epidemic of the XNUMXst century.
With early ages, it is best to play games and activities with which they learn, have fun and last over time. Children will learn (together with their parents) concepts of nutrition and physical activity that will help raise awareness about this cardiovascular problem.

Esporti Family has a training part through a interactive question and answer pyramid with an important section on nutrition by Esporti Chef, and in which they will learn how to eat healthier.
The trivia game generates points that place the child in a family ranking and those points can be exchanged for healthy rewards.
The section of motivational challenges It will help parents to propose to their children that they adopt healthier lifestyles thanks to gamification (a type of learning through games), and thus achieve healthy rewards, which they will jointly agree on.
Esporti Family has a section for record weight and hours of sleep, in addition to an automatic registration of the physical activity made thanks to the connection of an activity bracelet.
